Enhance Mobility & Stability in Your Upper Extremities

This training explores the relationship between the shoulder blades, rib cage and thoracic spine, improving range of motion, creating tension in the right places and building strength and resiliency in the upper body through fun and interactive lectures and somatic exercises.

These anatomy bites are great for those learning to integrate more functional movement into their classes and inspiring new somatic connections.

A Compendium of Arm Balance Variations

Do you remember your first introduction to arm balancing? Was is something like "If crow is in your practice, go into it now" while you are working on your squat and looking around to see a selected few balancing on their hands?

This introduction often does more harm because students make a mental note that arm balancing is right for them or never going to happen.

And although the process of asana isn't about the pose happening or not, the willingness to explore and play is taken off the table.

This training includes a catalog of arm balance variations that regress and progress their forms, creative, supportive, and adaptive variations using modern and non-traditional props and movement bites that prepare for the most successful delivery of propped variations so that all level of practitioners benefit.
